Bio: Sarah is the architect of our seamless guest experience. With a background steeped in the highest echelons of luxury hospitality, she is meticulous in her planning and execution. Sarah oversees the entire client journey, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. Lead Expedition Guide & Marine Biologist
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Biology from Universitas Udayana, PADI IDC Staff Instructor #123456, published researcher on manta ray behavior.
Bio: Dr. Dharma is the heart of our diving operations. A native of Bali, he possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of Indonesia’s marine ecosystems. He designs our bespoke itineraries to maximize wildlife encounters while minimizing environmental impact. Onboard, he enriches the guest experience with nightly lectures on marine ecology, conservation, and underwater photography. His presence transforms a dive trip into a genuine scientific and educational expedition.
Jean-Pierre Dubois

Credentials: Member of Les Clefs d’Or, former Chef Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris.
Bio: Jean-Pierre brings a world of elite concierge service to the remote islands of Indonesia. He leads the team responsible for fulfilling every client request, no matter how complex. From arranging private helicopter transfers to remote islands and sourcing rare vintage wines for an onboard celebration, to coordinating with our partners at Garuda Indonesia for seamless connections, Jean-Pierre’s network and expertise ensure that every logistical challenge is met with a creative and elegant solution.
Captain Harun Al-Rashid
Fleet Safety & Compliance Officer
Credentials: Ahli Nautika Tingkat I (ANT I) Master Mariner License, 30+ years as Captain in Indonesian waters, SOLAS & ISPS Code certified.
Bio: The safety of our guests and crew is paramount. Captain Harun is our guardian on the water, a veteran mariner who has navigated every major channel and remote atoll in the archipelago. He is responsible for auditing the safety protocols, navigational equipment, and crew certifications of every vessel in our curated fleet.
